Grandview Wellness Center is a holistic healing practice that integrates a diverse range of healing modalities to support overall well-being—mind, body, and spirit. Its approach combines Pranic Healing, chakra balancing, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), kinesiology, Reiki, psychotherapy, sound healing, nutritional guidance, mindfulness and meditation practices, breathwork, energy clearing, somatic healing, and spiritual counselling.
Each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet individual needs, creating a safe and nurturing space that supports deep healing, emotional release, and meaningful inner transformation. Services are offered both online and in person for flexibility and convenience.
We offer customized corporate meditation and sound-healing workshops — available online and in person, designed to reduce stress, enhance focus, and promote emotional well-being in the workplace. These sessions help foster team cohesion, improve productivity, and create a more balanced and positive work environment.

During the session, you will be guided into meditation while being immersed in soothing healing frequencies created through instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic sounds. Pranic Healing is a non-touch energy healing modality that works with the body’s biofield (energy field) to cleanse, balance, and energize. While rooted in ancient practices, modern research in biofield science suggests that the human body emits measurable electromagnetic fields that influence physical and emotional health. Practices that regulate this energy system are associated with reduced stress and improved well-being.
By clearing energetic blockages and enhancing the flow of vital life force (prana), this technique supports the body’s natural self-healing processes. Emerging research in energy-based and mind-body interventions suggests potential benefits across a wide range of physical and psychological conditions, as improving the body’s energy balance may positively influence overall health and recovery. Clients often experience deep relaxation, improved emotional balance, and enhanced vitality.
Chakra healing focuses on balancing the body’s energy centers, which are traditionally believed to influence physical, emotional, and mental states. While chakras originate from ancient yogic systems, emerging fields such as psychophysiology and mind-body medicine support the idea that emotional stress and trauma can affect the nervous system, endocrine function, and overall health.
Practices that promote relaxation and energy balance—such as meditation, breathwork, and focused awareness—have been shown to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress responses, and improve emotional regulation. Some research suggests that such integrative approaches may support the body in managing a variety of physical conditions by enhancing overall physiological balance. Chakra healing sessions draw on these principles to help release energetic stagnation, restore balance, and enhance wellness.
EFT, also known as tapping, is a research-supported therapeutic approach that combines cognitive techniques with stimulation of acupressure points. A growing body of scientific literature—including over 200 clinical studies—demonstrates its effectiveness in reducing anxiety, depression, and PTSD symptoms.
Research shows that EFT can significantly lower cortisol (the body’s primary stress hormone), with studies reporting notable reductions after even a single session. Additional findings indicate improvements in heart rate, blood pressure, immune function, and overall emotional well-being.
Neuroscience research suggests that tapping on acupoints may help regulate the brain’s stress response—particularly the amygdala—while supporting emotional processing and resilience. There is also emerging evidence that by reducing stress and improving emotional balance, EFT may support the body’s ability to cope with and recover from a wide range of physical conditions.
